A private yoga session is a beautiful way to take care of your wellbeing, reestablish a connection with your body, find balance, and a quiet mind, through a personalized sequence of movements that will be addressing your needs. Working one on one is beneficial at any stage of life and practice. Every body is different, and what may be accessible or beneficial for one, may not be for another. Through careful, patient, and gentle guidance, we will work on increasing mobility and flexibility, building strength, finding alignment, and more. Private offerings include beginners and basics class, vinyasa style yoga class, restorative yoga, gentle and chair yoga class, meditation class.
